Before a computer can print to a Konica copier, the computer must first have the appropriate print drivers installed. Once assigned, this IP address will serve as the identifier for the Konica copier on your network. Search for "Printer Settings" and then select "IP Address." Assign an IP address that is unique to your network. Once connected, press the "Settings" button on the copier's main panel. Consult your owner's manual for the location of the NIC. Plug the CAT 5, sometimes called ethernet, network cable into the Network Interface Card port located on the side or rear of the copier. Most copiers need a network cable in order to be connected to the network. Connect the Konica copier to the network.
